  • What is her accent?

  • I definitely would not want her to pull my espresso shots....but i would like her to pull on my dick

  • I would love to see her pulling an expresso in a diferent machine! It's not a scientifical thing!!!!

  • you should not treat pulling an espresso shot like rocket science.

This 25-second rule is a guide line for beginners. But if you think it's ok, stop it after 20 seconds, or after 40. Whatever is best for you.

Just try to observe, what kind of coffee did you use, how old was it, how coarse was the grind, how hard did you tamp the coffe, etc etc and in the end, did you like it?

Maybe somebody likes to put ice into his espresso, no problem.

  • Cool. I don't know if I should be referred to as a barista, because I never got much training, but I worked as one(which would explain all the "baristas" who make bad espresso) yet learned more from this brief video lol. So many workplaces have an aversion to simple training. Thank you for this Youtube barista training.

  • do u have to tamp it? and isnt it One minute max until u cant serve it?

  • You do have to tamp the espresso before pulling the shot. The espresso is only good for shorter than that since the espresso has a 30 second "window" before the shot(s) start to not only cool, but also become more acidic and start to lose its main flavor notes, which is mostly found in the crema. If you let it go for a minute, the shot is fairly acidic and the crema has settled for too long and has lost its flavor.

  • Yeah, except that we can't see what you did. Small detail, eh?
