It's a pity the previous two posters were too ignorant to appreciate what's being shown here. It's a good demonstration of cutting glass using this technique. I haven't seen the trick of using an air jet to cool the glass before, but I guess this is similar to (and a bit more controllable) than applying a drop of water to the score line.
@imajeenyus42 I only blew the oxygen before to blow away any dust created from the cutting line. but i used it after to cool it. I don't always do that though.
@timdoesnothaveapenis ya well you essentially just scored it and used the thermal shock to allow a controlled fracture along the score lines, still gay
