Such a haunting and the at same melodic orchestration of sounds. It just unfolds and folds and unravels a simple complexity like an origami orchid that continues like a mobious strip.Such beautiful a minimal track , that in my humble opinion outshines the original like a lunar eclipse. The added bonus is that it's the opening sound track to the award winning crime/drama/thriller "Luther" what a tune to get intimate with a significant other to.Enjoy:)
never would i have said the opening theme to A Clockwork Orange would work in a remix of a massive attack song like this, but fucking hell.... this shit is so awesome.

Have you guys heard Holmes' cover version of this song? (from Holmes Covers album.) Fucking brilliant! But I can't find it on youtube... Someone please upload. I kinda like it better then the original and I LOVE the original.
Gotta say this mix is better, cus of the embience. Normal version is too fast pased. I would prefer playing this version kinda loud on the background, when im playing a game :D
WOW I LOVE THIS SONG.......that juicy gossip from massive attack's concert in sydney australia has been posted on you-tube site "university of melbourne visions episode 9"....just press see all to find the comments.
I don't know if anyone else feels the same way, but Lincoln has been attaching some REALLY fantastic tunes to their commercials over the past few years. Major Tom anyone?
Makes me kinda want to get a Lincoln....
On another note, I've been a fan of massive attack for the past decade. I got excited when teardrop became the house theme and I got just as excited when that old white dude with the fantastic voice started talking about cars over this song.
@ClubEXPRESS Congratulations, you just discovered the wonders of advertising. Some young ad-exec co-opting someone else's cultural capital to sell you shit you neither can afford nor need. Sad.
And wtf is with you people, don't you have a SOUL? And calm the fuck down, seriously. Why the hell do you care so much about my comment? Shut the fuck up and listen to the music.
That's what we are trying to do - listen to a lovely piece of house not you shit on about a person you clearly didn't know, and as previously stated - he oversaw everything, he was the name stamped on everything but it's not like he did it all. He made things look sleek and shiney, he ran a successful business. So did 10000's of other people who have died but I don't see you writing pretentious crap under other songs for them?
@AliceAtHeart I don't believe they do and neither do you. Nor are you possessed by a demon or talked down to by a god. Grow out of your fairytales please.
@AliceAtHeart Steve Jobs didn't create any of the hardware sold by Apple; he oversaw the projects. Hardware engineers like Jef Raskin and Burrell Smith (designers of the original Macintosh) and Jon Rubinstein (helped create the iPod) were the designers of the hardware marketed by Apple. And, no, Steve Jobs did NOT create the personal computer (the PC). Or the Macintosh, for that matter.
@sharkattack119 Yes, he did.. "In the late 1970s, Jobs – along with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Mike Markkula and others – designed, developed, and marketed one of the first commercially successful lines of personal computers, the Apple II series. In the early 1980s, Jobs was among the first to see the commercial potential of Xerox PARC's mouse-driven graphical user interface, which led to the creation of the Apple Lisa and, one year later, the Macintosh."
I discovered this mix the day before Steve Jobs passed away.. I played it that whole day.. Now every time i hear it, i immediately think of Steve Jobs, such a beautiful song, but such a loss.. Steve, you will be missed, but never forgotten. You will always be in our hearts ♥ Rest in peace.
Oh my god, shut the FUCK UP. Why does everyone make jokes when any other celebrity dies but for some reason Jobs dies and we all act like we were his best friend? He didn't even invent anything, he didn't invent the mp3, he just made it sleek and SHINEY looking - he didn't do anything revolutionary but everyone's jumping on the bandwagon like there's no tomorrow. He's down there in his iCoffin, this song has nothing to do with it - how pretentious.
@herpaderp1054 Steve Jobs was an orphan an he still accomplished amazing things. He was the executive producer of Toy Story. He didn't do anything revolutionary? He started Apple in his garage. He CREATED the personal computer. Before Jobs, no one could even imagine having a computer at home. Steve Jobs knew what consumers wanted, and actually listened. And to the last day of his life, even though he stepped down only 6 weeks before his death, he still kept himself dedicated to the Apple.
