They actually can't withstand heat and become rancid when cooking with them. Saturated fats are actually preferred when cooking (like Coconut oil). Some of her information is wrong. You can't gain weight from oil absorption in the skin, and there's no such thing as "crystals in the joints". Oil does get absorbed into the skin to a a certain degree, but that oil doesn't become systemic and get deposited as fat. It will eventually just come out the pores again. "Crystals in the joints" is just weird and has no scientific basis.

Her massage techniques are scientifically sound though and will increase circulation and relieve pain.
