I have made an awsome potato gun. What you need to do is hold the potato gun upright when you spray in your hairspray or whatever... Propane will kill someone but it's hella awsome. if you use hairspray and pure oxygen you'll get a good enough kick to knock you down but not hurt you or risk blowing up your potato gun.... oh yeah, if you sharpen the tip of the pipe you can just lay the potato on the ground and stab it iin the muzzle. you still have to ram it down but it makes it easier to start.
