I am going to start LEEED, Leaders in Extraordinarilly Energy Efficient Design. I figure if all you have to do is call yourself a leader to become one, than I will be an even better leader. I will do the same as LEED, instead of waiting for demand to require my services, I am going to go to the gubment and have them require my gay easy for idiots to understand point system and keep a bunch of my close friends well paid while maintaining "nonprofit" status. This is todays new approach to business
@hahawzz The design goal is to earn a minimum number of green strategy design "points" in order to achieve increasing levels of green certification. There are many ways to earn these required points.
