im about to enlist anybody have any advise on training for swcc, anything to talk to the recruiters about, what to do and not to do? any advice is appriciated thanks

@DevinWhiteman Swim, Swim, And more swimming. and core body exercises...just get your body ready..get your endurance up and get your body like a machine and you should be fine..im doing just a ton of pushups sit ups and pull ups and be in the pool at least every day working on your breathing and combat side stroke technique! Good luck man I just got home from meps waiting to pass my pst and get contracted!

Unless Iraq has rivers that lead from the ocean into its interior then it is possible. I dont know ask a Recruiter or a SWCC Team Member.
