i'm trying so hard to eliminate the last few negative feelings that come up,, i sometimes judgepeople for the stupidest things but i understand that its just subconcious and i'm aware of my judgements and right after i judge or feel negative i catch myself , any advice on how to prevent it?

These energies are just chemical reactions in the body so dont bother urself with tryin to get rid of them. Jus realise that you r the counsciousness that is witnessin these feelings.
