I was born after he left. In 1967, I left Laos to study in Europe, age 20 & have had family here ever since in England

i love their music; especially the very traditional ones. u dont need all those high tech electric cords, and instruments but yet the music still sound good.

5555 funny my buddy boy did the same thing. he refuse to listen to children lullabies. then his mom played this stuff he felt asleep i guess it's run in the family since they're originated from southern part of laos hehe
i play this for my 17 month old brother and he falls asleep right away, he listens to laos music and loves morlum... i know the tradition will never die. lets keep our heritage going for another thousand years.

Pou-tai means Mahaxay, Xiengkhuang, Dienbienfou and so on to the north. Pou-tai means the Plug Mountain in Siang-hai, China.
