LOL no, it is definitely not true. Lice are tiny little animals, much like fleas for dogs. Just keep in mind that if you sleep with your hair damp, it'd look more poofy, thicker, and frizzy. Also, you can catch a cold during the winter. I try not to sleep with my hair wet/damp, but I'm guilty of doing it from time to time.

Your hair is so pretty! I finally just cut my hair too but I didn't go get it cut because I don't really know any good places to get it cut. Where did you go to get yours done? Try using the heat protectant that I'm using here, they also have a white cap one, that helps your hair repair damages and adds shine.

i do have dove heat therpy though and it does make my hair shiny but my mum said too much product does have sideeffects so i can't use it everyday :(

i recommend tresemme 24 hour body root boosting spray for volume. you spray it into your roots before you blowdry :)

how good is that mousse? the one that i've try, personally i didnt like it, makes my hair hard kinda like if i putted gel on it lol it makes it looks wet too. i saw that comercial for the Aussie mousse, looks good, like all of the others but i doubt it really leaves your hair looking like the girl on the comercial lol.
