Peter knows that he has a habit of "going over time". He never uses cues or cards, he always just goes off the fly. So, he often has trouble keeping within the time parameters given to him. I think that in this video he is trying to fit in as much as humanly possible within the timeframe given to him. And, I would be willing to bet that he still went over his time allocation.

he puts a lot of energy in his speeches, it must be tiring. he's pushing himself too hard i think. probably because he's behind in the polls and he doesnt have much time, the primary is in august, he has to work extra hard to catch up. but he has to pace himself or he'll burn out. he should rest this weekend.

@michaelpshipley1 I think he is one of those guys with unlimited energy. And I think he has some extra human power, because he is tall, although I have never seen him in real life and can't vouch for that (wider arteries, more oxygen to the brain? :)) I have an uncle like that in his 90s. He is up at 5 and goes to sleep at 1 and he is full of energy all day long. Scott Brown is the same type. They are just different human species, lol...
