    Yeah, I'm currently doing power cleans in my Brad Gillingham deadlift routine and I've been doing them on and off for a while. I also do the strict press and push press. I never really did much of the snatch though.

  • i remember a vid of u powercleaning 185 with no trouble, you could probably put up over 200

  • Thanks. My best power clean is 190 and my best continental clean is 205. Maybe I'm good for that 205 as a power clean now. We'll see.

  • Get your hands on the Safety Squat Bar that Elite Fitness Systems sells. If you bow your back at all with it it will face plant you into the floor.

    Training with this bar would help your form tremendously.

  • Rick, my back looked fine in the 2nd clip in this video. Obviously the video from March 2005 had extreme back rounding, but I just used that to juxtapose my form from past to present, bad to good.
