  • On youtube, search Block Occupancy Detector 2

Watch and learn how it is done

  • These Signals are Setup as CPS (Controlled Point Signal System) Rules.

Both Sets of signals govern movements over & through the turnouts.

The Top Signal Head Indicates Movements for Straight Line (Normal Movement)

The Bottom Signal Head will only light if the Movement Is for Siding/Main #2 (Diverging Movement).

Also, a minor note the first signal should have displayed Red over Red (Stop) since the switch was Out Of Correspondence (Not Properly lined for the movement).

  • Where do you get digitrax signal systems?

  • 3rd signal was red over red the whole time, y didnt they stop the train?

  • The signals at that end are setup Seaboard Coast Line Style. Where the signals at some double track interlockings were put side by side on the far right side. (As they appear in this video). These are called Adjacent Signals.

The Left Hand Signal Governs the Left Hand Track and the Right Hand Signal Governs the Right Hand Track.

  • So, is this an example of ABS? Does the two position light show the turnout route or is that for something else?

  • you should set them so they go to red a little later, or you an get a 4-aspect signal module thingy
