It's not bad...but as a really seasoned musician (I've been playing instruments since I was 11) it doesn't groove as hard as you'd like it to, but you also have to look at the date on this post. This vid is 3 years old now, and there's not a doubt in my mind that you can play it differently now.

there's an excellent version in the book The Best Of Victor Wooten, it's an awesome book that really gives you a good insight into many of his techniques. i suggest you pick it up

This is probably the best version of this besides victors on youtube anyway. Good song, realy nice on solo bass. versatile song.

The point is anyone can learn how to play a song of such ingenious but who actually out of those who can play a song of such difficulty have actually writen such a song that good. And thats not many and certainly not you. That doesn't just go mr im 17, that goes all you fools saying he's as good as Wooten, and to all you Wooten haters there is a large difference between a guy who plays a bass and a guy who is known as a musician and happens to be one. Firstly he's no where near as good as Victor Wooten i know many people who are still teenagers that can play norwegian wood. And my bass teacher who goes to my church can play norwegian wood and was playing at the age of 17. And i can play it up until 2:42 minutes on this tape and only until then because i've only been able to squeeze in enough time learn that much.

Hey thanks, its a Cort Curbow 6 string. The necks quite thin for a 6er but I think the string are quite close togeather (as they would have to be).
