Your hair (since the recent trim) is shaped so nice. That looks like the perfect length for your hair because it frames your face so nicely and you can still do a ton of different styles. I am planning on cutting my hair because it seems that the longer it gets, the less options I have for styling. I like it when it "stands up" more.
