Although there is Mass Effect 2 (Yes I'm a ps3 fan admitting an Xbox game is good), Red Dead Redemption, and God Of War 3, I still think this, this is THE GAME OF THE YEAR. Althought I play COD and I love it, I think COD is getting a bit too... repetitive, no offence. This game, this game actually brought something unique into my game library. I genuinly felt sad when one of my characters died, and when i was fighting for my life i felt like i was actually trying desperately to stay alive. AWESOME GAME.

yea this game is extremely emotional. just seeing how sad this guy becomes after his sons death and being completely drowned with guilt after the kidnapping of his 2nd son. you can really hear the pain in his voice whenever he speaks, its almost like hes lost the will to live. and with his ex-wife openly blaming him for their circumstances, who could blame him?

The person in this trailer is a father, who's son got kidnapped by him. You could say he's the main character of the four. And believe me, this game has surely made many players cry, it really gets to you on an emotional level. And the graphics are amazing. :P

people say this game has a huge plothole *Possible spoilers from here onwards* about Ethan's blackouts and how they are 'not explained' but i believe it is explained through gameplay, remember when ethan went all dizzy at the train station i think it was, and everyone froze and he saw visions of Jason and tried to follow him, i believe he has visions of jason when he 'blacksout' and when he comes to, he is in the last place he followed Jason, but forgets why he walked there and how he got there

There are about 15 different endings, all depending on every single choice you make in the game, you'll never get sick of it... It's extremely entertaining, spooky, challenging and it is possibly one of the best "movies" i ever saw xD

The reason why I play games for this story and this game is one of the biggest examples i use frequently to support that statement. My god....I was very emotional playing this game. Very happy then felt the pain of certain characters, the frustration, the rush (I actually got a HUGE adrenaline rush on the car scene or the "bear challenge" i think it was) and the feeling of GREAT success. The plot, graphics, and even the gameplay was FANTASTIC. If you have a PS3, get this, if you don't, buy a PS3
