  • she isnt plus sized...she is a perfect natural body...not sick looking skinny, no implants, an no manly muscles ..just perfect women body and I dont think she is 12-14 size..I am 10-12 and I think im bigger than her..i guess she is 8-10

  • Just when 4 out of 5 people in North America are so-called "plus-sized", then Wal-mart stop selling their larger sizes and now only sell tiny clothes for Womyn and Men???? I asked the manager to look around and tell me what % of his customers would fit these "baby clothes" and he said "he never thought of that"??? I doubt if anything will get done!

  • I think I heard rattling of bones when some of those emaciated Womyn were on the kat-walk????

  • I'm offended that she's considered "plus size." Her body is beautiful.

  • um she's kinda fat y'all

  • She's beautiful yes, but I object to her being a "plus sized" model. Plus what? She's perfectly normal.

  • Positive atitude is all one needs, she did a wonderful job, congrats!!!

  • its almost 2012, and this did not catch on.

  • It always astounds me when a model returns to a runway 2 months after having a baby looking like nothing ever happened, is that even healthy? This woman however looks HEALTHY. And since when is a 12-14 plus size? That's my size and I do not shop plus size clothing, it's a normal women's large. I'm a 28 YO mom of 4 and so self consious about my post baby tummy, or at least I was, until I saw this picture.

  • SHES SMOKIN!

Dude Hips Curves and Bum its what all us blokes want!

Stand her next to all the "Super Models" at the start of the video and make us choose one and I guarantee ya 99 percent of men will choose this babe!

  • She's pretty normal to me. She just has little belly fat, when she stands up, she looks like she doesn't have much there, but her angle is what shows that. You can see it on thin people too. I'm skinny and I even have something similar, but smaller.. Then again, I'm quite skinny.

  • She's extremely gorgeous. Better looking than the anorexic models. Bony, sick looking girls are more scary to look at than attractive.

  • She looks much better then the stick figures we're usually presented with.

  • that belly does not look appealing... sorry but even my former gfs didnt have that

  • THIS IS BULLSHIT!!!! Plus size is NORMAL size. What people call normal today is nazi prison camp skin and bones.

  • beautiful lady!

  • is it even healthy to be so thin...usually models r skin and bones and in my opinion tht is not attractive at all...i think it is jus the gays who r jealous of women and like them to look tht way...this girl is and avg size

  • Nice story & about time!

  • Plus size my ass!!!! If she's a plus size, I must be a pig!!!!

  • I'm thinking fashion designers should show women of different sizes: 2 to 20,etc., different heights: 5ft-7ft, different shape: apple, banana, pear, hourglass, different bust: AA-KK, different hip-waist ratio: low WHR-high WHR, the list goes on. Make clothes to fit certain body types. I'm a size 6, height: 5'5, .73 WHR, 36D, and I don't fit into "normal" or "plus". Lizzi is 5'11 180lbs bmi: 25.1 at 5'5 bmi: 30.42. Meaning, size 12 for lizzi is not the same for avg. US f height 5'4.6.

  • Enjoy your improved self-esteem ladies - I'm still not a fan and I know you don't care.

  • Now I know that I am truly an enlightened man. I am having no difficulty admiring the noble form of this 20 year old beauty.

  • it's sad that she is even called to "plus sized"

  • @420simpson I agree with you there!

  • I think the next step is to stop calling a size 12 "plus size" because it's not. Secondly, I've never felt threatened by seeing thin models even though I'm probably triple their body mass. So blaming esteem issues on the fashion industry is bullshit in my opinion. There comes a point where you need to account for the ignorance of the consumer. But anyway, body acceptance should be about health, confidence and reality. Meaning, no eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia, OR overeating.

  • >Plus size

I will be fucking damned if she is considered "plus size". She looks completely normal-sized to me. People are just fucking retarded.

  • Ms. Lizzi Miller is GORGEOUS. Can you believe she heard from modeling agencies that she was *too big* to be a plus size model? (In the modeling industry, size 8-10 is the “plus size” range. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!) I must say, as a plus sized woman I would rather they have plumper women modeling the clothes. As far as I am concerned, Ms Miller is too slim to be a *TRUE* plus size model. Wake up Fashion Rags! Give us REAL women, not emaciated stick figures.

  • @doggzma In reference to "I would rather they have plumper women modeling the clothes" I DID mean true plus sized models modeling plus sized clothing.

    *doh*

  • @doggzma Definitely agree! I don't even get the point of those super skinny models. The one's on the runway are still far off from the smallest women in society-- and just look when you go to a clothing store; what sizes are left on the racks? All the the super small one's, cause no one fits into them!!

  • There are many subjective versions of Gorgeous, Lizzi's version (in the photo) is outstanding. Nothing is more sexy than her lack of effort or reach, she is just sitting there making it look natural...

  • photoshoping my 6 pack to a jelly belly!!!!

  • awesome

  • A model so thin that her bones protrude is not attractive, neither are folds of fat. It is ludicrous to support a system that leads people to starve themselves. It is equally silly to applaud people for being overweight. Proper diet and exercise, which in most people will give them a frame that is neither emaciated nor bloated, should be the goal. A backlash against the fashion industry's fascination with the uber-thin should't be used as justification for labeling being overweight as normalcy.

  • @Sethjj1975 She is not over weight for her height. I am 5'9 and a size 2 which is super thin and my stomach looks like that if you sat me naked in her same position. I agree we shouldn't label overweight as normalcy but she is fit, strong, tall, healthy and glowing not someone who eats fast food 24/7 and needs a fork lift out of her house. Overweight is an entirely different image than hers. I am sure she turns heads wherever she goes.

  • We need to stop trying to fit into the picture of what big profittable corporations think a woman's body should look like. ...

  • @LifeIsGoodLydie I agree with this. I'm sick of seeing bones. I think this woman has a beautiful body.

  • The average american woman, what a silly idea/concept....

  • I have to say this again!! SHE"S GORGEOUS!!!

  • Plus size? They're fucking crazy!! She's beautiful. She's just not anorexic and hooked on Cocaine. She's healthy and glowing! Plus size? I think not.

  • I am ALL for healthy is the new skinny.

Imagine being surrounded by normal, natural, beautiful images of women AND men like this every day... it would make all the difference in the world as we'd finally have a good starting point in learning to accept ourselves the way we really are. Imperfect, loving beings.

  • I am a former model (as a teen) and now am a regular sized American woman (190 pounds and a size 10/12 at 6' tall) at age almost 40 am am sexier and happier now than I was at 125 at 18. She looks great and I hope moer magazines realize that realism is what most American women want.. hell I would be happy to go back to modeling and show women how to be beautiful and REAL!!!!!

  • It's still sad that women need to see it in a magazine first to be comfortable with their bodies.

  • Keep it real, Lizzie! Kudos to Glamour for featuring her! =)

  • 20 years old? She could pass as a woman in her 30's.

  • Lizzi Miller is a very beautiful woman just the way she is. I would love to get to know her. She seems like a very swwet girl.

  • She's definitely hot. I like them real.

  • LOVE IT!!!!!!

THE WAY GLAMOUR'S FUTURE MODELS ARE CHOSEN NEEDS TO BE TURNED ON ITS LOVE HANDLE!
