Somehow on Pacific and 112th in Tacoma/Lakewood we retained our power, though most of the surrounding area was pitch black. The school's grid also did not suffer an outage though I think it's because the power lines are run under the ground there. Was brutal though, some of the gusts sounded like someone briefly let off a few gunshots just before the wind blew.
