Please do a little bit of research before you fling around words like that in one sentence; serebii(dot)net is a good source of Pokémon information.

These games (Pokémon Fire Red/Leaf Green) are over six years old now, and the Mystery Gift event demonstrated in this video is likely no longer officially available, ergo, you cannot obtain the AURORATICKET needed to encounter Deoxys.

@halcyonXlll Hey man, I got a question. Ive recently started getting back into pokemon. And on my Emerald I cought a shiny Raquayza (no joke, complete luck, and at the time idek what it was, but it was cool so i cought it.) and my freind wants me to trade my first copy of emerald with the Raquayza on it for his Emerald with Jerrachi and Deoxys on it. Should i do it? (we dont have the trade adapters, or this would be alot simpler)

That would be because you have not received any gifts. And I doubt you will ever be able to obtain one now, as these Event items/Pokémon are likely not being distributed anywhere anymore.

My GBA Wireless Adaptors were originally bundled together with Fire Red and Leaf Green, I'm not sure if they were ever sold individually.. Either way, you could try looking on Amazon or Ebay for a new or used one.

You would have to inquire on your local Nintendo website. It has been several months since I sent my games in, so I can't tell you whether they still do this or not.
