  • mwh i live next to there

  • I have just been here but I have no car so I paid nothing to walk about the deer park. There was a charge for the house and gardens though. A good day out but public transport on Sundays is very poor - one bus every two hours. They have a shop with no books on deer which I found hard to fathom. A bit short-sighted that was. I will certainly go again. and highly recommended. Your video is a good one so well done for that. John Wantling, Rochdale

  • LOL lucky it was not open because the the 4 quid you paid doesn't get you into the house or the gardens!!

    you only paid for parking

  • You can park on School Lane towards the Axe and Cleaver

  • It's only 4 quid to park - plenty of spaces to put your car in the roads nearby or use public transport. It's free to get in.

  • hiya, thanx for the advice... its impossible to park on the roads outside actually cos its yellow lined all the way down and from where i live, theres no public transport that passes in that area.

  • 4 quid is 7.84 us dollers and 9.09 in cdn dollers

  • I don't know what 4 quid translates to in dollars but I appreciated you spending it to show us anyhow. It seems they would want to let people into the buildings to truely enjoy it... are they just closed because of the season?

  • i dunno what the exchange rate is for 4 pounds to dollars either, but on a tight budget its alot of money to me. yeah, everything is shut for the season, (which i didnt know at the time) so i was 4 weeks early for visiting! lol

  • Nice. :-)
