I was 6'2 and could fight 8 rounds at 280 lbs, I dropped from 350, then to 280, then down to my undefeated fighting weight (it was only 20 fights, I'm sure I would've had a loss eventually but I did defeat one ex-goldne glove champion in cruiser and one future heavy golden-glove champion out of Park City). It was quite the change, I never could develop barely the "Traces" of a four-pack, but my arms were huge, my chest was kinda booby like Sammo :P. Though some of the chics still dug me...I lie.

Was that really Sammo doing the backflips?! either way he is a inspiration to bigger guys like me (just look at my avatar pic, I have 17 years of martial arts experience, I have 14 losses in my first experience in competition, out of 48 fights, so I think that's pretty good, when I incorporated wing chun into the boxing I was taught by a 5-time world Kickboxing champ naamed Eddie "Flash" Newman I went 20-0 18 ko before I had back problems because of my weight)

@TheBoxingCannabyte yes...sammo is actually very energetic for his size. Hes super quick too and i ve seen him do flips in other movies. so yes...that is real sammo! :)
