Before you try this check if you have stero mix 1:24 - 1:36 if it not there try windows update then try again to see if it there. if it is still now there then download your driver. The driver in the discreption is realtek and it might not work for ever computer.

If you know what your sound card is called simply search it up on google and download it.

Did not do anything on my Gateway M6750. But actually I NEVER had the ability to select "Stereo Mix". My computer doesnt have it. Tried downloading Realtek etc etc, NOTHING! My computer is probably not capable or something. Then to get me MORE ANNOYED. Now the stupid LINE IN option DISAPPEARED!!! No matter how many time I click "Show disabled" etc etc etc and MORE etc. The line in ALWAYS worked. Now the stupid thing just STOPS working (line in doesnt show)
