So whats the latest in this case?? I've heard and saw a few things that correspond to a RETRAIL!!! I head one that weighs more so on an hearing to determine if there' are grounds for a retrial (which we all know is fact), and another that straight up said they were skipping that section and going straight for a retrial.

@millerfamily03 Uhhh the date does say 2007 on the title of this video. LOL. Yes Dennis Riordan wants to bypass a hearing and go straight to retrial, which makes sense because a hearing will waste taxpayers' money.

NEVER have I seen a more appropriate use for this word than discribing "Judge" Burnett. This guy is a f*ck up, a d*ck to the extreme. It's people like him that make me wanna SCREAM!!!!!!!!

Judge Burnett liked one of the defense experts, a female, who spoke of bass fishing and the like. At Damien's trial, he looks bored and reading mail... Now, he is pretending to be interested because he "relates" to some of the experts at the hearings this week... What a schmuck.

Sorry, just had to mention that. After talking to Lisa Fancher, I think I hate Burnett even more than I did before.

I recently purchased the book "The Blood of Innocents" and after I read the book I thought right off the bat they were innocent. I have read the book and it puts alot of stuff in prospective, what about the guy covered with blood in the bathroom at the restaraunt? The police went thru the drive thru and asked if everything was ok, instead of going in to check!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read some of the responses of this horrible crime on the subject at youtube. Some of their comments are so stupid. There was no semen. I think it was just a police prank. If your a Vietnam veteran you know that this kind of thing has happened. Not far from being in a Harvard Think Tank..Gangster like stuff..Go USA, hang in there farmboy.
