Well, the prank is that they're doing a fake "Midori-san's birthday" and the first part of the prank is that everyone has a gift for her except for Tegoshi, bcuz he didn't know. So when Midori leaves upset, Tego asks Massu what he should do and goes on to apologize to her.
they made him cry! and theyre like 'haha we succeeded!' this show is funny but i think they dont know sometimes when they go too far. that must have been embarrasing...
