  • You can do all this but can't take a simple photo? A photo could easily show the product not closing.

  • What was your objection to taking pictures? The need for pictures is reasonable. If you can make a video you can take stills (you said you can use iMovie, right?) and send them in. On another note, a petulant tone doesn't necessarily make for a quicker response; why the close-up interview style? Zoom in to defective case. List where it's defective. 1, 2, 3. Done. Just my 2 cents. This was unpleasant to watch.

  • I eventually did but through their president (of the company) not their customer service. I'd heard how good their customer service was, but this was not my experience. My experience was that customer service was slow or non-responsive. I would recommend the case (it's GREAT!), but get it with plenty of time up front so that if you get a dud you can return it.

  • Did you get a new case? What's their customer service like?

  • @11eggs You should check out Portenzo. I just got my case, and it's way better quality than the dumb dodocase i purchased. The cusom choices are out of this world! portenzo.com
