And since he was trained in the Jedi ways, he wouldn't want more power; the only power he wanted was to stop Padme from dying. But the emperor lured him into hating the Jedi and he eventually became a Sith.

the problem i have with this version compared to others, is imagine luke getting hit with lightning for this whole 7 min plus? other flashback vids keep in tune with time in movie scene.
@Darksouldew You remind me of Javert, but that's a different story. I think his atonement in the end is a powerfully good thing. The man (or robot, as the case may be) finally realized that he had gone down the wrong path his entire life, and finally made an effort to go down the right one. It is where he was going (towards what is good) that matters, not where he was (still associated with evil).
Thumbs up if you think they should have put this in the last movie. And thats exactly what the title should be Anakin remembers not Darth Vader remembers cause Anakin Skywalker is who he really is not that monster.

Great clip ... great use of some delete scenes. People always laugh at me when I say that SW is one of the greatest love stories ever told ... the power of love can be beaten down but in the end nothing came defeat it. Who did Luke call out to for help, not Vader, not Anakin ... he called out to his father and that cry reach the little piece of Anakin that was still inside the darkness that Vader was and finally defeated that darkness with the power of the love a father has for his children.

i really liked how when the camera gets closer to vader and you hear obi wan's "You were the chosen one!" speech it really fits with the mood and the timing of it all. 25 stars hands down
This should be edited into ROTJ it would bind all the films together more cohesively and IMHO make a more poignant ending seeing Vader turn abck towards the light.
Starts as Little Ani, Middle Hes Darth Vader, Ends as Anakin Skywalker. Ani's story is so sad. I can't belive that he did the choice that he did at the last second.
