this is how my firends have to start their catalpiller Motor Scraper, they tow it with their cattipiller tacked loader as the pony motor died a few years ago, it has a a huge ass motor and its from the 60's or 70's

@WhitekidxNFCF 16, in most provinces, long as you have a learners permit and have a licensed driver in the passenger seat. Have to have the permit for a year, then go for your drivers test, then can be licensed @ 17, with astronomical insurance rates. Can't license a vehicle in ontario without insurance, at least liability insurance. Same here in Quebec. But if you're on private property, you can get behind the wheel, cops can't do anything about it.....

Still does it all the time, it needs a new fuel filter for starters, and then a heavy dose of diesel conditioner to clean up the Injector pump and injectors.
