boost: hit acelerate just after the two dissapears

trick: wii wheel: shake right when u hit the ramp

just AFTER the 2 come up at the beginning. if you press accelerate right on the 2, youll get a bad start

Alright guys, just wondering if anybody can tell me how ya do them boosts on corners and can ya do them anywhere else without a mushroom etc.Sorry ive just bought it.Thanksguys

To get those boosts you just need to skid around the corners. You can only do them when you skid long enough. Also, this requires you to be in Manual mode, not Automatic. You can also get a boost if you do a trick off a ramp. This, unlike the skid boost, can be done in both manual and automatic mode.

To do the boost at the beginning of a race press the A button right when the 2 is dissapearing. At 1:06 that thing you think is called a CACTUS, ITS CALLED POKEY.
