the last blend looks a little funky. but its always going to if your trying to blend walking backwards animation into walk forwards. other than that, good job!
Thanks.I agree about the hands however, I didn't animate the character, I only used the stock mo-cap that came with MotionBuilder. It was a test transferring data from Maya to Motionbuilder.
Heyy do you think motion builder is mainly for humans? And can you do stretchy cartoon animals like in pixar films? Or do they mainly use maya alone for that?
MotionBuilder is great for any biped and quadruped characters. It is used best with motion capture data, but you can also do key-frame animation where you can easily include squash and stretch exaggeration similar to pixar films.
actually you can have it for free if you are registered in the AutoDesk student web page, in there you can download most of the programs full and free you dont have to worry about the 30 days trial, actually there are 2 programs or 3 that have the trial only but the others are the full version, and they give you the serial and everything, but to get into the students thing your architecturing, drafting, design teacher or whatever he or she teach must add you in the web page.
looks great except for the hands they seem like Chubbs' wooden hand from happy gilmore

The marine and the animation looks awesome. The hands look awkward, though. You should just ball them up into fists.
