If they go into their 60s they need to mellow out because you can't do hardcore shit +jump around on stage when you get to that point. But I could see certan bands going more surf style later on. I could see Casey Royer from D.I. becoming like a barnacle bill type charactor and playing in his 60s. but he'd have to change his music a bit.

@rjplamf61 Sorry but I think you're way off. Modern science gives him the chance to get hair plugs, pills or other procedures that can regrow hair. He has the money too. Most people agree that a head of hair is aesthetically cooler looking. Look at the guys from Tsol, they have full heads of hair + even dye it still. I see nothing wrong with it. No one wants to look like an old decrepid fuck unless they have to. I could see some of these bands going til 55-57 if they play their cards right.

@TheNewMusicNetwork I hear what you are saying but at this juncture I think he looks very cool with the look he has on this tour..Some guys look very cool with thinning hair and some guys look ridiculous with plugs. sometimes its better to let nature take its course. when you start to mess around with the hair plugs and other forms of cosmetic surgery you run the risk of it looking too fake and that would totally suck. ala, Mickey Rourke.

@chuckestein sorry but they aren't a punk band anymore(i wish they were) and they ceased to be a punk band when they turned into more of a rockabilly/rock band around 84 or so.

i would say a lot of bands changed in 83 or so and went different ways. I think billy idol is far more punk rock and up beat/faster than these guys. same with the go gos.
