it is. in my opinion its like air gear. but the only down side is its slow at first few eps but it picks up speed. but over all its not a bad anime to just watch for fun since its short.
@jetrunner I finished the anime. I believe it's slightly better than AirGear. AirGear started out with this purist to fly and ride mentality but then as the anime and manga continued it turned into this....battle and battle and battle between the riders to the point where I feel they lost all sight to the ability to fly and be free. This was a beautiful anime.
I just won this on dvd from a drawing contest, I haven't had time to watch it though
