That chart is a red herring. Yes, any one country cutting CO2 without any other country following will result in no change. However, if we cut CO2, other countries will follow.

That is not what they said. They said that they refuse to take any short term steps to reduce carbon output while industrialized nations with a much larger carbon footprint per capita do nothing. We can't get a bill passed to do something because congress says if the developing countries do nothing, overall carbon output won't change enough. It is the chicken and the egg problem. If we take steps to reduce carbon output, developing countries will follow.

The next funny thing is CO2 is going up, and temperature is going down. Did you know it is actually possible that the source of the CO2 can be determined and the fossil; fuel contribution is about 3%.

And did you know we have satellites in orbit that can actually measure that warming blanket of CO2, one reason you haven't heard, it's not there.
