Thanks. Here I have another question. What if a layer won't go into the bones. It should work, but the bones layer never becomes highlighted... I can but the layer above or below the bones, but that's it. there are no other layers except these two. What's my problem?

Lip syncing mode.

You can extend the timeline by holding ALT and clicking in the blue timeline area. I made mouth shapes in switch layers and then manually chose a mouth shape for each sound. If you read the tutorials it covers quite a lot of this; I strongly recommend reading through the tutorials.

Yep its pretty good. Once you've learned the basics its a very powerful tool. I do pretty much all my animation with it.

I love how everyone is dissing your awesome animation when they have nothing even close to this to show. It may be a "baby cartoon" but this is a very smooth animation. I know how very time consuming animations is, as I'm working on an animation, myself. Nicely done ^_^

Well the video itself is stupid, but you've done a good job with lip syncing (Papagayo with manual adjustment?), and overall the animation is smooth and good looking. You're on the right way to making baby cartoons LOL. Keep up the good work (I'm an anime studio animator myself).

Aah, instead of replying to a comment I deleted it by mistake. Doh. Dowloda said the eyes are scary. Really? I've heard the mouths and eyes are scary. I thought they were so cute! Is it really scary? Man. I designed puppets for another kids show and feedback (after it had been airing for a while) is that the kids are scared of the main character puppet after whom the show is named. Whack.
