Interesting fact: Isiah Rider would go on to become a member (albeit an inactive one) of the 2001 NBA World Champion Lakers team that still holds the all-time best playoff record ever at 15-1..
@redskins2k Umm..did you ever stop to think of the reason WHY us Laker fans didn't show up to this game? 1. It was December..not even the turn of the 1994-95 calendar year in the NBA season..and two, more importantly, this wasn't the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, or Utah Jazz playing at the GW Forum, it was the Minnesota freakin Timberwolves..a team that wasn't even a blip on the NBA map...the fans who did show up though were fortunate to see a GREAT game by CC.
@mikebenardi: Magic came later that year and slowly took a lot of ceds minutes, and instead being willing to work with arguably the best player to ever play the game, he complained about it and kupchak let him go to the suns (I think) next season

He traded him back to Phx for Horry in 96/97 (Shaq edged Ced out from under the rim -- as you can see in this video, if Ced was nothing else, he was a great garbage man in the paint for a SF. Iirc, in 95, Pippen was the only other 3 who avg'd more rebounds a game.) You bring up Magic. Ced and Van Exel asked him to come back and he quickly started taking their minutes and a lot of Nick's duties at 1, even at age 36. That's why Earv's the man.

But you have a lot of Lakers tapes man, all my friends say i have a lot of old games, like game 1 of the 91 finals series and others like that, but you put my library to shame.
