Actually he first started to yo-yo as a kid when he lived in a section of Jacksonville Florida known as Mandarin. He lived in Mandarin Station with his mother father and two brothers. The youngest had not been born yet. At this point he could barley do any tricks. He went to the elementary school that my father taught at and that I myself went to. He introduced us as kids.

Dude, shut up. Tigg75 and I went to high school with Steve. I can send you picks of our trip to Six Flags and white water rafting together (back when he had a curly haired fro...it was cool).

Both Steve and Tigg75 came to my Army Basic graduation. I can send you those pics too.

Tigg75 knows Steve...probably better than anyone.

Later, he went to my high school for 3 years and then was able to transfer to the local arts school (which was unheard of for a senior). He lived with me and my family during the later part of his senior year and then later on moved to Tallahassee after graduation with a couple other friends of mine. This was partially due to the fact that we had a falling out that was later resolved.

He then got a job at a comic book store in Tallahassee (so he had a job get YOUR facts straight)and then began to yo-yo while he was there. Last time I saw him was right before he did the filming of Zoolander where he was a "stunt man" as basically a hand and a yo-yo for Owen Wilson. So it has been some time and we keep up from time to time with what is happening with his family.
