O bama & the Coast Guard have now been bought and paid for as well because five weeks ago before they decided to put that 100 ton dome on top of the type they said this exact maneuver could increase the amount of flow by 300%.
These liars are make a statement that it could increase 20%?
Which is the correct number? Why can't they get their numbers straight?
This will cost the American taxpayer $100 billion and they can't get a simple percentage correct?
They aren't doing the booming correctly. They need to have several layers of boom, and it needs to be positioned properly. I want to tip to journalists to search out an expert (not affiliated with BP) to get the facts out there about how booms should work, and that most of the booms are being done wrong. They aren't going to help the shores much. Just look it up on youtube :)
I have a solution. Take deflated/empty hot air balloon attach heavy lead weight to balloon top and connect concrete pump hose to bottom balloon opening. Lower balloon (lead weight first) into leaking hole, then when the balloon is lowered low enough fill the balloon with concrete/heavy mud/etc. The balloon fills up and like a plug plumbers use clogs the hole.
