i know a wierd thing for multiplayer: go on free mode turn peds off and traffic off then press start game or whatever it says get a helicopter fly to the top of a tall building and look around at the bridges and roads still on the building and you will see lights from cars but you turned traffic on parked wierd

in the mission flatline is a blue hell glitch too

1.star the mission

2.get the doctor outfit

3.fail the mission

4.star the mission again

5.go to the doctor outfit

6.push it,then you are in blue hell for 5 seconds then you fall and you will find yourself outside the hospital

i found something out in this hospital....one of the walls in the main lobby isnt real..but its the one thats small..0:14..see where the blue signs hang...its the smaill little one..you can blow yourself up with a granade to get in there...3:01...seen the blue space at the top...that part

Well since no one here is very technical,it's not a glitch,like he said,it was part of a mission and if you have ever noticed,any start of a mission in GTA has a fade effect bringing you to a room where the cutscene can be played,to do so,the cutscene room must be set at a boundary point.The point of rockstar doing this is so other things in the game do not effect the cutscene being played,when they didn't do this in vice city,one screw up and the game malfunctions in cutscene mode.
