And, yeah, mods aren't supported in MW2, so you do run them at your own risk. FYI, if you like mods, Black Ops just recently released their officially supported mod tools.

Fuck steam dude, I'm one of the users that got victim of a vac ban, without doing anything wrong, even more funny, I haven't played in months and have never even used any loader with steam or a cheat or whatever the fuck got banned me! Banned for motherfucking nothing 50 bucks wasted on a game that was unenjoyable for me since the first day because of all those DAMN CHEATERS!!!!!!!! Now Im banned myself, I will never buy any steampowered game never EVER!

A message needs to reach VAC and Steam. A message telling them your fed up and will not buy another Steam supported game again. To do so means 1 video to be spread around. I'm not looking for a video count, however if you check out my channel, and feel comfortable, then download it and upload it . It explains how our Steam account was hijacked and the hijacker had to use a hack. We retrieved our account, however the damage was already done. We burned the game in protest. It's called VAC bans

if you download a new mw2 on that account then it will bond with the ban one and you still cant play mw2 so get a new mw2 and on a new account

wow i wish people would stop commiting if they have know clue what they are talking about. Your banned for doing 10 prestage hack. even though u have nothing on it still says chete detected because u r banned. the smallest chetes will get u banned. now u need to download the latest version of mw2 liberdation. to bypass ban and play mw2 again. You will only be able tol play deicated servers well any server thats a mod. so pretty much just private. so you better know someone that host mods.

@TheMrAds Well there are 2 options left. 1 make a new steam account and re buy the game. 2 Download MW2 Liberdation and run it. It will bypass your ban and let you play mw2 online. But you will only be able to play mods/dedicated servers, like zombie mods, 10th prestage lobbys, and so on. So you better know someone that hosts moded lobbies. And those two ways are the only ways you can play online again. bans are perminate.
