ahhh this is so fun to do.

there are many different ways to do this though.

you just set your shutter speed for a really long time frame, like 10 seconds, 15 seconds ... ect.

Then you take your light source and move it around. However, any other detected movement will be captured and show up as blurs.

OR Set your shutter speed for a long period of time then make your light patterns in the dark, that way only the light shows up. Or even flash at the last second to capture a background image
