  • what is this song called?

  • Cringe? hey Deryn- where do you think Rock and Roll/Rock/Heavy Metal/indy Rock/Death Metal/Nirvana/Jimi Hendrix/Rory Gallagher/Stevie Ray Vaughan and all other variants came from?

"The Blues had a baby and they called it Rock and Roll!" (Muddy Waters) --

Check out the intricate playing of Rev Gary Davis/Lightin Hopkins/Robert Johnson - but I suppose ultimately, its a personal taste thing-- but maybe one of those guys might change your mind-- who knows?

    Ian Siegal is great!

  • A master.

BTW that CD/DVD is "A bigger plate of meat and potatoes" :)

  • He's great!!

  • This guy got a dvd out, live at north sea jazz, got to be seen to be believed.

  • keep on howlin

  • It's superbly played and superbly sung, but if it's "British Blues", why's he singing in an American accent?

    That aside, great stuff!

  • Awesome! Where have you been all this time :) Keep 'em coming buddy!

  • This guy is, as they say up North: 'different Gravy'. No man can top Ian...

  • What about some harmonica solo videos from an old friend of his? and not the Blues. I'm sure he wouldn't mind the plug, the guitar is much more popular anyway.

    Cheers.

  • What a man and what a sound!! I am even more convinced then i was before that he is the top bluesman at this moment.

  • Ian is the man, blows my socks off every time!

  • hes got soul, a great voice and kills the guitar

  • Oh yes. Make the effort. Go see this man. You'll be glad you did!!

  • I've seen Ian Siegal playing several times in London. He's certainly one of the best blues artists in Britain. Just awesome!!!

  • solo or with his band if you get the chance, to see ian siegal live grab it with both hands, he really is a dont miss artist.

  • Watch this man!!

He's gonna be a big name in music.
