How does a PvE server differs from a PvP? Someone please answer....

At PvE server you just can't be killed in an open map while questing, in a PvP server it is possible.

PvE has a lot of PvP content, like minigames, sieges, you just cant fight at any place at any time.

Let me guess, you played the game at launch until level 20 and then quit?

No.. played the game till 80 and build our town with my guild till we got fed up of neverending promises to fix the game, the neverending weekly change of rules, the neverending nazi like forum moderation, etc etc.. after a few months me and the whole guild left that crap for good. Been playing games for like.. 20 years.. and AoC is in my opinion one if not the worst paying online game ever.

Hi and thanks for your response! The thing is that The Unforgiven is located on the Crom server in Europe, don't know if you noticed it. But if they allow changing between US and EU then sure, and if you got time to raid at 1.00 in the afternoon. :)
