I used a motorcycle to commute 43 miles to Heathrow for 30 years. Mainly using MZ's Then I saw a chap in full race gear riding a C1, with good speed through bends and roundabouts and accelerating at a good turn of speed, later I stopped by him at the lights and he said that it was the 125 cc model and that it was great. So I went to 4 BMW car dealers, as only they sold them. None of them was interested in my request to have a test ride.Saying they'd get someone who knew about them.

Well the person who came, did not know what CC they were. "I think that one is 50cc" Which it was not. Can I have a test ride. No one is here at the weekend to sort that and you have to do your own insurance. So onto another shop. "We can't get to it, to many vehicles in the way. After four dealers, I gave it up as a bad job. BMW should not have given it to car dealers. They were not interested. they'd sooner sell a car. But if people think that the car with one person in is the way to go. "NO"

I see lots of blind spots.... cars sneaking up sucks enough on a bike without making it harder to see them.

I dont really like it. It doesn't give you the freedom of a motorcycle. And that would be the gist, wouldnt it? You are surrounded by a frame and it makes you restricted or so. You should decide what you want a motorcycle or a car. This is something between them...

the 1st attempt at this (the petrol version) was crap barely anyone bought it!

i like the idea of not having to wearing a helmet... however, i would still wear one on this:

1-cos i'm not stupid

2-i wouldnt want people to know it was me

thats cool but you need to lean when turning a motorcycle and have more control over the bike for safety reasons... basically if you get that you might as well have a car..
