How do you manage to achieve this high resoution? Is it because your clips are short (e.g. 3 minutes) and your uploaded files big (but under 100 Mbyte)?

Basically we start with high resolution source material and try not to compress it too much. We shoot with a 3-chip camera, then edit in Final Cut Pro and then export at to Quicktime at a H.264 compression rate (which is specific to QT)
