Nice basswork. I've been looking for something new to do on my electric bass. Transposing Bach violin parts? Sounds like a good idea and a good way to learn something new.
@roadtonever I use D'Addario Chromes, the light gauge set, I believe. They feel nice and are quiet like most flat wounds, but they are brighter in sound than some others.

@Lfulmer I don't have any bass notation or tabs for this. I read it off of a violin part that I have, so it's in treble clef. Would that help you?
