Manuel von DSDS hat es auf anhieb besser gemacht ich möchte nicht sagn das,das orginal schlecht ist aber Manuels ist auf anhied besser ;-)

For those not from Germany: "DSDS" means "Deutschland sucht den Superstar", the German equivalent of American Idol. This "Manuel" dude is Manuel Hoffmann, a contestant from this show.

For LiederFreak: I have not heard his performance, but I still think the Nick Straker band did it the best.

The music video was for a remixed version of "A Walk in the Park", which was indeed performed by a German group called the Conways. The Nick Straker Band was from the UK.
