Yes, it will. Sometimes the status will show you "Encoding", but in the "Done" there will be 0% all the time. Don't worry, the encoding process is still in progress and only when encoding is finished it will show you 100%. This bug with the progress indicator will be fixed in the next release.

I see this is designed for for converting web type files. Will it do the same for VOB files that are on DVD's?
