hi my name is alex im 15 yrs old and I have a question that doesnt have to do about this video, but i've been doing push ups for months now and i see no results how can i start loosing the fat in my chest area and get it to convert into pecks please reply back
@mhfreak123 u should run keep doing pushes bench press and incline benchpress and u could so stagger push ups and eat healthy im 14 and my bench is 175 and i weigh 178 and am 5'10

@LookinSpify i know that the evening is the time that we are eating more than other time through the day. (temperature change). because the temperature changes our body sensitive to the cold at night and he needs to warm up the body temp with carbs. so next time your hungry in the evening you should drink some tea \ coffe.
right right... fat burning foods are good and all, and you can be as weak and sickly as you wish with diet alone, but the true gratification comes from excersize as a means of balancing out your daily caloric budget! which leads to gains in muscle, and overall awesomeness. don't take the easy way out! there are simple ways to incorperate excersize into your busy work days, or whatever. what it boils down to, are; be sickly and thin (little happy), or be muscular, energetic and thin (HAPPY).
Hey Yuri, I totally see what you're saying about coming back to the same thing in all your videos, but I think that maybe there is more going on. People KNOW how to eat healthy for the most part and that exercise is important--there is something getting in the way of that and I think that until you have got into the habit of a healthy lifestyle it is going to remain that way. I can tell that I have a sugar addiction and that can also be a big part of it I think.
@decoysupreme you should get yourself a nice blender... i mix 3 cups of kale with a few low sugar fruits and also carrots and celery.... very awesome drink.
@MrAlofbag Change your diet, and allow yourself a cheat meal a week. Should help you keep on track with a healthy diet, and you still get some of the things you want, just not all the time. Usually sweets and cakes are really bad, due largely to processed sugars.
im allergic to fresh fruit, no joke. i can only eat them preserved or in juice. for example the acid in a apple or pear is too harsh for me to handle.
i have a question i am going to be starting my my raw foods diet this coming monday i currently am 280 lbs. and and i am feeling crappy so i decided that this would be a great way to lose weight and get healthy. i was wondering how much weight is to much to lose in the beganing or how much can i look at losing to start with. i am currently taking in around 3,000 calories a day wich i know it is a lot but on my current coked diet i am still hungry if i eat less. thank you and have a great day.
