This is a great training video for Krav Maga. I love the Israeli fighting style as it is the most practical and brutal in the world. It is straight to the point, no fancy take down or moves. Just smash a guy in the groin, eyes, throat, do what you have to do to survive.The Israeli's have been fighting for 1,000 of years since the times of King David and they know how to fight. The LORD has blessed them with an awesome fighting and combat style. This is true combat and not a UFC controlled fight
