No, it is called SleepDepriver and it is a Cydia Tweak not a StatusBar changer. You can see it also in this video here at 0:53 when he goes to settings. The settings of SleepDepriver are under his settings of Overflow. 😉

I also think it does look awesome with iBlank + NoIconShadow because then you can create Blank Icons on the left end on the right of your dock and then you can "Flow" to every Dock-Application and that looks nicer :)
