You don't hack because you don't know how to hack. All you do is use codes written by someone else (sometimes you even use specially designed programs because the codes confuse you too much). i hate hackers i played with this hacker just yesterday on wfc and he was annoying except the part he always let me come first in the end he had 9999vr and he got minus 2555vr every time he lost and it didn't go down which was weird. and he just used lighting and the start of the race. and his bullet Bil was unlimited he just used it tons. hackers are annoying but they do give you a lot of points if you come 1st 2nd or 3rd.
